I love to teach Box because the members show up every week full of enthusiasm for the workout, and also full of appreciation for the time I put into planning new playlists and routines each week. The class involves pad work that will teach you various boxing movements, different combinations of punching, hooks and upper cuts, and provides a positive outlet to release muscle tension. You will use your entire body, receiving a full cardiovascular workout. The pad work will engage your hand eye co-ordination, and improve your motor skills, reaction time and agility.
