I love teaching Kettlebell Hiit because it is a class that improves cardiovascular fitness, tones your body, builds strength and helps you lose weight with a series of moves using the kettlebells, broken up with interval sets in between to keep your heart rate up. It is a fun short and intense workout, leaving you feeling like you have worked from head to toe!
