I went into teaching group exercise at the beginning of my career because of my enthusiasm for Body Combat. I fell in love with the way it makes you feel and how it can make a whole group of people feel! I love to be able to share this with the members and enjoy having built such a fantastic connection over the last few years. You can expect to achieve a really good workout whilst having a smile on your face!
