It's fun, friendly and flexible. I love teaching people how to stretch properly, with no overthinking or over teaching, keeping it simple and light-hearted! It's great to see the improvement that everyone makes week to week. I love getting to know all the members individually and learn all of their names. It's fantastic when members come up to me at the end of the class, thank me and ask questions on how to improve the stretches.

I love teaching this class because it's about balancing the physical and mental activity of members. This slow class choreographed to music gently stretches the body and relaxes the body and mind, resetting synovial fluid in the joints and bringing the mind into calmness and stillness.
